The expertise the Cynosure team brought to our hospitals is invaluable and greatly appreciated. From my personal standpoint, the skills I personally obtained from the team are enormous and will benefit me for the rest of my career. Because of my exposure to the Cynosure team, I am a better listener, observer and facilitator from watching the team in action. I have learned to listen and observe the audience and, because of the improved facilitating skills, I have the confidence to interject and I did not possess this before.Michelle D. Smith, Project Manager, Louisiana Hospital Association Research and Education Foundation
Barbara DeBaun was a tremendous asset to planning our event, providing concrete, experience-based ideas to meet our objectives. Her enthusiasm and commitment combined with expert knowledge made her presentations highly effective….and great fun!Karol G. Wicker, MHS, Maryland Hospital Association

Dr. Tremain has a way of taking something very complicated and reminds us to “keep it simple”. Somehow when you are done listening to the way he has it structured with the facility stories and his practical presentations you feel like you CAN take down a mountain with a spoon…" Kristine Brockman BS, ATC, CPHQ Fairbanks Memorial Hospital
