Lean LEGO Simulation -- 04/01/2013

This hands-on simulation is designed to introduce several basic concepts of the Lean System. It requires 4 runs (with an optional 5th run), in which LEGO® block assemblies are produced by 2 operators and shipped by a third person.
Total run time is about 60-75 minutes. Discussion time and review may increase the activity time up to 120 minutes.
