EXCEL BEYOND THE BASICS

Do you have more data than you can handle? Do you have more questions than you are able to answer with basic formulas and graphs? This is your opportunity to learn how to use Excel to stratify your quality data and analyze relationships between multiple variables. You will learn how to analyze data using Pivot tables, use more advanced formulas and datasheet management techniques. Class size is limited so we encourage you to sign up early!
 
Class Objectives:
  • Know datasheet design and tips
  • Learn how to analyze and display data using Pivot tables and graphs
  • Use functions/formulas beyond averages, e.g., IF, MIN, MAX, STDEV, ROUND
  • Understand how Excel handles time
Suggested Participants: Healthcare personnel interested who have basic understanding of how to use Excel to aggregate and analyze data.
 
The class generally meets from 9:00am - 3:30pm. Registration and coffee begin at 8:30am. Beverages, snacks, and a catered lunch will be provided.
 
Registration fee is $95 for all class participants and includes: a full day of programming, lunch, and flash drives to take home saved work
